"As a young boy, I also had hearing aids. But I found those large devices really worthless and didn’t want to wear them anymore. A few years ago, I realized that my deafness was becoming a real problem. Sometimes, I couldn’t understand my colleagues. At the time, I was working on a report at Amsterdam Fashion Week and I came into contact with top model Kim Feenstra.
